Mike grew up and lives locally with his wife, Lucy, the Practice Orthodontist and his three children. He has worked at The Molesey Dental Practice since 2002 and became Principal and owner in 2004. He qualified from Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital London with Distinction where he subsequently worked as a House Officer in Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry and gained his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

He has extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers, attending numerous courses to keep up to date with the latest technology and developments in this field. He is a certified Invisalign Provider and is a full member of The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Lucy Davenport-Jones

Lucy qualified as a dentist in 1999 from the United Medical and dental Schools of Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital and achieved a degree with Distinction together with other University prizes.

She undertook her Vocational training in London and worked for 2 years in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery hospital posts working at Guys Hospital and Orpington and Bromley Hospitals. During these posts she gained her Fellowship in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She then undertook postgraduate training in Orthodontics at Kingston Hospital and Guys Hospital, gaining a Masters in Science degree. She qualified as an orthodontic specialist in 2006 and was awarded the William Houston Gold Medal for most meritorious and outstanding candidate.

She subsequently undertook a further 2 years training at the Eastman Dental Institute treating complex multidisciplinary cases and is Consultant Orthodontist at Croydon University Hospital.

Dr. Puneet Nagpal

Puneet qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals with honours. He excelled both clinically and academically; receiving multiple prizes including the Maurice Wohl GDP Certificate of Merit, Ronald Gains Prosthetic Certificate of Merit, S.J Kaye Prize and Laurence Usiskin Prize.

Puneet prides himself on his empathetic and patient-centric approach to dentistry; he believes honest and open communication is the key to dental care and this is reflected in superb levels of positive feedback from his patients. He continues to attend a number of professional development courses and loves to keep abreast of the latest developments within the dental field; be they concerning new treatment techniques or new dental materials. He has developed a well-rounded set of skills and has a particularly keen interest in minimally invasive dentistry.

Puneet lives locally with his wife and has been a part of the team at The Molesey Dental Practice since 2010. He enjoys developing a friendly and strong relationship with his patients and is quick to reassure them that there is no such thing as a silly question when they come to see him! 

Dr. Louise Stride

Louise qualified with Merit in Restorative Dentistry and Oral Medicine/Oral Surgery from Bristol Dental School. Since qualifying Louise has worked in general practice in Gloucester, Kent and Surrey.

Extremely enthusiastic about her profession, Louise has a particular interest in minimally invasive, aesthetic, preventative dental care. She is passionate about dentistry, striving to provide the best treatment possible for her patients and making the dental experience as comfortable as possible. Louise is devoted to personal development and clinical excellence and has undertaken numerous post-graduate courses, including the prestigious 1 year course in advanced aesthetic dentistry with the renowned dentist Dr. Chris Orr in London.

Outside of work Louise enjoys keeping active – regularly cycling and horse-riding. She is also a keen runner and skier.

Dr Jemnique Srai

Jemnique qualified in 2007 from King’s College Hospital. She undertook further training as a Senior House Officer within Paediatric dentistry, Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery departments and completed her speciality training in Orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2013, where she won the Clinical Excellence Award for achieving consistently high treatment results.

Dr Srai has published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and has won prizes for her presentations at both national and international conferences, including the prestigious W. J. B. Houston research award by the European Orthodontic Society. Her meticulous approach to planning allows each patient’s treatment to be tailored to their individual needs and ensures all her work is carried out to the highest standards.

Dr Srai is passionate about improving her patient’s confidence by providing them with smiles they can be proud of using a variety of braces including the more aesthetic ceramic braces and Invisalign aligners. Outside of Orthodontics Jemnique enjoys travelling, reading and keeping active by running.

Reyes Nicolau EDH

Reyes qualified with Distinction from the Eastman Dental Hospital London having previously worked as a Registered Paediatric Nurse. Gum (periodontal) disease is now the most common cause of tooth loss in the UK and Reyes’s work as a Dental Hygienist is pivotal in helping our patients to achieve and maintain healthy teeth and gums for life. She lives locally with her husband and daughter.

Natasha Bhamm DMD

Natasha qualified from The University of Debrecen, Hungary in 2013, and completed her VT in Nottingham. She has been working in London and Berkshire, where she has gained valuable experience in all aspects of dentistry.

She is passionate about her profession and always aims to deliver the very best in patient care. Natasha continually expands her knowledge, techniques, and expertise in dentistry through courses and self development. Currently she is completing her Diploma in Restorative Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons. Her aim is to improve her patients’ dental health by providing the most effective, minimally invasive treatments.

Natasha values the importance of clear communication through all stages of the treatment journey. Her calm, caring, ethical and patient centred approach to dentistry puts all her patients at ease.

When she’s not being a dental geek, she loves playing the piano and adores spending time with her family and friends.

Dr Pchatar Samra

Dr Samra graduated in 1991, obtaining his degree from the faculty of Dentistry at Birmingham University.

After working in the speciality of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery for 4 years, he has worked for the last 24 years in private dental practice, providing a full range of dental treatments for his patients.

Dr Samra is very interested in keeping up to date with the latest procedures and he has attended many post-graduate courses around the world, learning from eminent dentists in their field. He has obtained a Diploma in Clinical Periodontal Surgery and Certificate in Dental Implantology.

He has a special interest in helping patients hold onto their teeth with periodontal therapy and maintaining their smile through restorative dentistry and replacing missing teeth with dental implants.

In his spare time Dr Samra enjoys mountain biking and has just taken up Golf.
